A donation to the ELCR allows you a discounted entry to The Event Derby®.
For a donation of $50 you will receive a jump-only or dressage-only round.
For a donation of $100 you will receive one full entry.
Donation checks must be separate from any entry fees and made out to Equestrian Land Conservation Resource. Donations are tax deductible.

The Event Derby® competition consists of a Dressage Test followed by a Jumping Course combining both stadium and cross-country fences. There are approximately 12-22 obstacles, on varied terrain that may include banks, ditches and water. The Event Derby® is a registered competition, adhering to USEA and US Equestrian Federation Rules providing a safe and inviting venue for first-time competitors, green horses, as well as seasoned competitors through the Advanced level. The Event Derby® provides cross-training for both horse and rider, regardless of their equestrian discipline. Riders are encouraged to enter more than one class (see discount information below).

$$$ Payback from all previous TED competitions!

The Jackpot will be awarded to the highest placed horse and rider team at the Jackpot competiton who has previously completed a full division in The Event Derby® current series. Must be the same horse and rider team. Able to compete at a higher level, not a lower level, than the qualifying ride at the Jackpot competition.

Checks payable to The Event Derby®. $120.00 per division for The Event Derby® (ride in two full T.E.D. divisions and get the second ride for $90.00) $80.00 for Jumping Course only. $45.00 for Dressage Test only.
